IT Support Specialist

PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is looking for a Support Specialist that will serve as the point of contact for support issues within the business., * Ensure customer service requests are handled timely and completely.

• Foster working relationships with customers to effectively resolve issues.

• Maintain an inventory of equipment and software to track for distribution and recovery

• Keep abreast of new technologies, working with company staff in assessing training and development needs.

• Promote effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.

• Perform duties of Help Desk Analyst as needed.

• Provide additional end-user technical support as needed.

• Configure and deploy computer systems and other IT equipment.

• Assist with special projects on various issues as needed.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School diploma or GED, some college preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Interpersonal skills necessary to interface effectively with users, vendors, and other employees.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Working knowledge using Microsoft 365.

• Working knowledge using SharePoint preferred.

• Knowledge of mobile devices in a corporate environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking technology is required.

• Knowledge and understanding of trouble shooting computer hardware components and operating systems features.
