Program Manager - Agile Delivery & JIRA Governance

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in JIRA, Agile program management, and cross-functional delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects and workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards., * Lead and manage large-scale programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive Agile delivery processes using JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, release tracking, and reporting.
• Configure and manage JIRA dashboards, workflows, boards, filters, and reports to provide visibility into program performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate program governance meetings, status reviews, sprint reviews, and executive reporting.
• Track key program metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, capacity planning, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve blockers impacting delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across Agile teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor coordination when required.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and program health dashboards.

This role requires hands-on experience with JIRA administration, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, reporting, risk management, and program governance across enterprise environments., * Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven experience managing Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery programs.
• Experience creating and maintaining JIRA workflows, dashboards, reports, and custom filters.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and program governance., * PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with enterprise transformation, digital modernization, or cloud migration programs.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or other project management tools.
• Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau., * JIRA Administration & Configuration
