HCM Fusion Solution Architect

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits implementations.

7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations

Strong functional expertise in:

Oracle Payroll (US), Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements

Experience with US payroll processes and regulations

Deep knowledge of US Benefits domain

Implementation & Integration Experience

Experience with third-party benefits / 401(k) providers

Payroll integration with external vendors

Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards

Process & Transformation Experience

Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign

Experience supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives

Benefits Configuration Expertise

Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates)

Handling complex eligibility and deduction scenarios

Experience with multi-vendor benefits landscape

Key Responsibilities

Ability to independently handle requirements, design, and solutioning onsite/remote

Direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions

Strong involvement in payroll and benefits end-to-end implementation cycles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and drive solution delivery
