Job description

We are seeking a Data and Integration Specialist to design and improve internal systems by developing user-friendly tools, workflows, and Smartsheet solutions that support efficient, data-driven operations., * Manage and maintain Smartsheet platforms, including creating and updating sheets, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.

  • Develop tools and workflows within existing systems to streamline internal processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify operational needs.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and solutions that integrate with existing systems.
  • Assist in managing projects by developing and maintaining project tracking and collaboration tools.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide technical support, training, and best-practice guidance to internal teams.
  • Serve as the in-house specialist on Smartsheet to enhance company processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in construction or electrical fields.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Dashboard development?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years working with software applications, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet administration.
  • Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas and data visualization.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of electrical or construction industry software solutions is advantageous.
