Integration Delivery Manager (Oracle HCM - Workforce Management)

6 Month contract (Reading/Hybrid)

Up to £700 p/d

Experienced Integration Delivery Manager required for a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, with a key focus on Workforce Management and Time & Labour (OTL).

You’ll lead end-to-end integration delivery across HCM, Oracle EBS and third-party/workforce systems, working closely with SI partners and stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver integration design, build, testing, deployment and transition
• Own milestones and manage SI partner delivery
• Lead integrations across Workforce Management, Time & Labour and Payroll
• Manage risks, dependencies and cutover to BAU
• Engage stakeholders across business, IT and suppliers *

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ Project/Delivery Management experience
• Strong Oracle HCM integration background
• Proven expertise in Workforce Management & Time & Labour (OTL)
• Experience with Oracle EBS and third-party integrations
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management

Desirable: Utilities or similar complex environment

Tech/Tools: Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Azure DevOps, MSP, O365 Methodology: Waterfall/PRINCE2 preferred
