ERP Solutions Manager

As IT Solutions Manager, you’ll work closely with business leaders and technology teams to design scalable enterprise solutions that improve business processes, support procurement transformation, ensure regulatory compliance and enable innovation across global operations.

You’ll bridge business and technology, leading solution design, stakeholder engagement and project delivery across ERP, procurement, finance and HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead solution design, feasibility studies, discovery workshops and MVP definition
• Deliver enterprise technology solutions across Procurement, ERP, Finance and HR systems
• Support ERP implementation, enterprise applications and procurement transformation programmes
• Produce functional and technical specifications for scalable business solutions
• Lead global IT projects from planning through testing, deployment and post-go-live support
• Work alongside Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data and Integration teams
• Drive standardisation, governance and best practice across enterprise platforms
• Manage third-party vendors, technology partners and system integrators
• Build business cases, manage budgets and support strategic technology roadmaps
• Engage senior stakeholders across international business functions
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, integration standards and business objectives

• Strong experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within complex organisations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
• Experience with Procurement Systems, Finance Systems and HR Applications
• Proven delivery of ERP implementations and procurement transformation projects
• Strong project and programme management experience using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing vendors, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience within FMCG, CPG, Manufacturing or Consumer Goods environments
