Manager, Data Analytics (Insurance) - Relocation to Bermuda

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analytics professional to lead data-driven decision-making initiatives within a highly regulated and internationally recognised environment.

The successful candidate will help develop and enhance analytics capabilities across the organisation, turning complex data into meaningful business insight that supports strategic planning, operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory oversight., * Develop and implement data analytics and decision-support frameworks

• Deliver actionable insights from complex business and regulatory data
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through advanced analytics
• Improve workflows, reporting, and business intelligence processes
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI and machine learning solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive data-led initiatives
• Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement

Do you have experience in Management?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or related field

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including senior-level analytics experience in insurance
• Strong background in advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven strategy
• Experience within insurance, financial services, consulting, or other regulated sectors
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill, * Master’s (required), * Relevant roles, inc senior-level analytics in Insurance: 10 years (required)
