Job description
As a Change Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of change management interventions across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and learn from a variety of stakeholders and highly experienced change professionals.
Reporting to the Programme & Change Principal, you will support the successful delivery of change initiatives aligned to Royal Mail Group’s transformation agenda.
You will:
- Support the embedding of effective change management practices, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable adoption across the organisation
- Contribute to developing a positive change culture by supporting colleagues through periods of transformation
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Change Management team, enabling effective planning, execution, and evaluation of change interventions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project coordination?, Do you have strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple project workstreams, and a solid grounding in Microsoft Excel? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a Change Associate to join our growing Change Function., * A recent graduate (or final year student) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field or 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination or a similar change role
- A strong interest in organisational change, transformation, and people focused initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and engaging with a variety of audiences
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary of £41,975, 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates Permanent, Full time
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London Farringdon office (EC1A 1AA) three days per week.
