Job description

IT Support - Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across offices
Hardware & Software Setup - Configure laptops, devices, and user environments
Account Management - Assist with user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory tasks
Cloud Services - Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms
Infrastructure Support - Learn to support VPNs, WiFi, firewalls, and endpoint security
Vendor Coordination - Work with external partners to resolve technical issues
Documentation - Maintain accurate IT procedures and knowledge articles

Requirements

A degree in IT, Computing, or a related field
Strong interest in desktop, server, and network technologies
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS
Understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud concepts
Awareness of device management tools (Intune, Jamf) is a bonus
Basic understanding of networking (VPNs, firewalls, switches)
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
