Administrative Officer - Data

We are seeking to appoint a skilled and organised Administrative Data Officer to join our professional and highly committed support staff team. This role will offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of data systems across the school.

The Role

You will play a key role in maintaining and administering the school’s management information systems, ensuring accurate and timely data to support student progress and whole-school decision-making.

The role includes:

• Manage systems for tracking the progress of pupils at each Key Stage

• Support transition and admissions processes

• Maintain accurate pupils, staff and school data

• Work with senior leaders on the inputting of data required for strategies by maintaining the collection, analysis and manipulation of the schools’ data

• Manage the administration of the school external lettings programme

• Act as a professional first point of contact for all visitors

• Use of the school financial system to generate orders and process of deliveries.

• Have experience in a data, MIS or similar administrative role

• Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

• Have strong IT and numeracy skills, including Excel

• Be able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

• Be a proactive team player with strong communication skills
