Temporary HR Operations Business Analyst

• Demonstrated experience in data collection, organization, and analysis using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to communicate professionally and work constructively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve goals.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
