Job description

As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • You will work independently or as part of a team
  • Installing, upgrading, supporting, and resolving issues with end-user workspace hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment
  • You will analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory
  • Implementing software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies
  • You will document your approach and resolution of issues in a ticketing system
  • Asset management

Requirements

  • Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains
  • Good working knowledge of Operating system such as Windows and Mac related software and applications
  • Good experience of supporting devices such as Printers and Meeting Room equipment’s
  • Logical and analytical approach to work
  • Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components
  • Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Awareness of Data Backup principles
