Job description

  • Je helpt gebruikers met hun technische problemen (L1, L2 en L3 support).
  • Je pakt incidenten en serviceaanvragen efficiënt op.
  • Je installeert en configureert systemen (Windows en MacOS).
  • Je werkt mee aan het beheer van Windows Servers, Azure en het netwerk.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning voor hardware, telefonie (VoIP), Citrix en andere applicaties.

Requirements

Academische bachelor: Informatica

Minstens 2 jaar ervaring

Minstens 2 jaar ervaring

  • Je hebt al ervaring in een gelijkaardige IT-support rol.
  • Je communiceert helder en vlot.
  • Je hebt een ITIL-certificaat op zak.
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.

De productie van softwareoplossingen realiseren in een omgeving (servers, werkposten, besturingssystemen, …)
