Job description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications within a collaborative Agile Scrum team. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you will contribute to the delivery of secure, high-quality software while supporting continuous improvement and best engineering practices.

Requirements

A skilled SC Cleared Software Engineer with strong Java and cloud development experience is required for an innovative organisation delivering cloud-based geospatial software solutions used in complex, data-driven environments., * Active SC Clearance

  • Strong commercial experience developing applications in Java
  • Experience building and deploying cloud-based services
  • Solid understanding of unit testing and automated testing practices
  • Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery teams

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • DevSecOps tools such as Tekton, ArgoCD, and SonarQube
  • Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift
  • Quarkus framework
  • Front-end development experience with Angular
  • Experience working within highly regulated or security-conscious environments
