Job description

Join a forward-thinking engineering team building scalable, cloud-native Back End systems on AWS. As an AVP, you’ll design and deliver high-performance services using Python or Golang, working with microservices, distributed systems, and cutting-edge agentic/AI-driven architectures.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale Back End services in a modern AWS environment
  • Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver robust solutions
  • Champion clean code, testing, and secure engineering practices
  • Help shape technical direction and mentor engineers

Requirements

  • ~5+ years’ Back End engineering experience
  • Strong Python/Golang expertise
  • Hands-on AWS and distributed systems experience
  • Passion for scalable systems, innovation, and collaboration
