Job description

We’re excited to hiring in our CoLab team in Birmingham for a Solutions Analyst to join us at the forefront of transforming how we deliver legal services. This role plays a key part in driving innovation across the firm, using cutting-edge technology to enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of our legal offering.

As a Solutions Analyst, you’ll support the deployment and optimisation of forward-thinking solutions that truly make a difference - while also championing the adoption of new technologies across the business. Through engaging training and clear communication, you’ll empower both colleagues and clients to confidently embrace these tools, helping to build a culture where innovation thrives and technology is embedded in everything we do.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings experience in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, ideally from a law firm, legal tech provider or consulting environment. You’ll have been involved in supporting and delivering technology projects from end to end - from initial idea through to implementation and review.

You’ll have a good, developing understanding of the legal tech space, whether that’s e-discovery, knowledge management or data analytics, and feel comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, alongside technologies such as document automation, CLM and AI.

Alongside this, you’ll bring strong problem-solving skills and a naturally curious mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into practical solutions. You’ll be someone who works well with others, builds strong relationships across the business, and communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders.

Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine interest in how technology is shaping the legal world, and be someone who enjoys learning, adapting and sharing knowledge in a way that’s clear, engaging and easy for others to understand.
