Job description

As a Junior Developer focused on QA Automation, you will help improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of our solution.

You will work closely with development & technical teams to:

  • Execute functional and regression testing;
  • Develop and maintain automated tests;
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation (Knowledge base, release notes, technical notes)
  • Contribute to improving product quality and internal processes
  • Support customer, partner, and integrator requests by helping troubleshoot issues and answering technical questions.

You will be mentored by experienced team members and progressively gain autonomy on projects and processes.

This role is designed to evolve over time based on your interests, strengths, and the company’s growth. Depending on your affinities, you may progressively move toward software development, solution integration, customer support, product operations, or even help shape entirely new responsibilities and roles within the company.

Technologies Used

You will work with technologies such as:

  • TypeScript and automated testing using Playwright
  • Test design, quality assurance practices, and debugging
  • ASP.NET Core and C# (knowledge is a strong plus)
  • REST APIs and real-time communication protocols
  • IoT and connected devices communication: TCP, MQTT, WebSocket, UDP, …
  • Azure, SQL databases, and cloud-connected applications
  • Git, Visual Studio / VS Code, and modern development workflows
  • Angular and modern web technologies

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, You will be involved in testing and validating software interacting with real-world IoT devices and communication systems. An interest in connected technologies, networking, and distributed systems is therefore important.Prior experience with every technology is not required. Curiosity, rigor, problem-solving skills, and a strong willingness to learn are what matters most., We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive person who enjoys learning and evolving in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree with qualifying experience on development or equivalent experience.
  • A customer/business-oriented mindset: you value delivering quality in the solution and added value for clients. You’re not afraid to challenge things, show curiosity and think outside the box.
  • A trustful team member: you have a proven ability to work rigorously, both independently and as part of a team. You show curiosity, take initiatives and communicate transparently.
  • You communicate fluently in English(French / Dutch are a plus).
  • You’re interested in AI and already use it as a real time-saving tool.
