Senior Business Analyst - Oracle E-Business Suite / European VAT

For a confidential international transformation/merge project, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong finance process expertise and deep knowledge of European VAT regulations. The environment is complex, international and stakeholder-heavy, requiring someone capable of operating between Finance, IT and business leadership teams. Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements within Finance domains Support a large-scale merge/transformation initiative Work closely with Finance stakeholders across multiple European entities Translate finance and VAT requirements into functional solutions Collaborate with Oracle E-Business Suite teams Coordinate workshops and stakeholder discussions Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities

Senior Business Analyst experience in international environments Strong accounting and finance process knowledge Solid understanding of European VAT regulations and compliance Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in transformation, integration or merger projects Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments Nice to Have Experience in multinational organisations Exposure to ERP finance transformations Profile Autonomous and proactive Strong communication skills Able to challenge stakeholders when needed Business-oriented with strong analytical mindset
