Design Engineer

• Develop comprehensive design schematics and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to create system designs for pipelines, water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, and hydraulic structures.
• Utilize GIS tools such as ArcGIS and GIS-based software to analyze spatial data and support land surveying and geotechnical engineering tasks.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and assist in project scheduling to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct construction management activities including site inspections, quality assurance, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Generate technical documentation and reports using technical writing standards for project proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables.
• Support construction inspection activities by reviewing schematics, verifying system design integrity, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on system design integration involving hydraulics, land surveying, geotechnical engineering, and civil engineering principles.
• Apply specialized software such as HECRAS (Hydrologic Engineering Centers River Analysis System), SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), Mathcad, HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Center models), and WaterCAD for hydraulic modeling.
• Assist in construction estimating processes by analyzing project scope and material requirements.
• Manage project schedules using project management tools to track milestones and deliverables effectively.
