  • Skill Development: Gaining hands-on IT hardware experience and working toward industry-recognised certifications.
  • Compliance & Audit: Collecting evidence, reviewing reports, and preparing the organisation for external audits.
  • Process Improvement: Automating IT processes to drive efficiency.
  • Security Operations: Addressing security-related inquiries and managing onboarding and offboarding security protocols.
  • Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with various departments.

You will receive structured, formal feedback three times a year to ensure you are meeting your professional development goals.

Requirements
