Job description

Kingston Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Data Administrator to join their operations team on a 6 month fixed term contract (potential to become permanent).

This position will play a key role in supporting the operations team through accurate administration, data management, and MRP system support to ensure efficient project delivery and production planning.

Main Duties

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating material and labour Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the MRP system
  • Accurately inputting and validating project and operational data within required timescales
  • Supporting Project Coordinators with administrative and system-related tasks
  • Maintaining accurate project records, documentation, and operational data
  • Liaising with Procurement, Production, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure information accuracy
  • Generating reports and extracting data from the MRP system when required
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and system issues
  • Assisting with continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and data management standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous administration or data entry experience within manufacturing, operational, or construction environments preferred

  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
