Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Systems Coordinator to help modernise and improve our HR processes through automation, reporting, and engaging training content. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with HR systems, streamlining workflows, analysing data, and creating practical tools that support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in optimising our HR systems and Business Management System (BMS), improving efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions, while ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing HR Systems & Automation Configure and improve HR workflows, forms, and automated processesSupport integration and alignment between PeopleHR and the BMSAutomate key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, performance, absence, and complianceStreamline contracts, offer letters, and HR templates using automation and AIIdentify opportunities to reduce manual administration and improve efficiency Reporting & Data Management Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirementsProduce KPI dashboards and HR reports covering headcount, turnover, absence, training, and performanceAnalyse HR data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities Training & Manager Support Create engaging training materials including videos, guides, and micro-learning contentDevelop AI-supported resources to help managers confidently manage their teamsMaintain an accessible self-service library of HR training materials Compliance & Administration Monitor automated compliance trackers for Right to Work, training, probation, and reviewsSupport HR policy updates, version control, and auditsAssist with onboarding workflows and employee administration where required

Requirements

Essential Experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or HR systemsStrong working knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleHR/AccessExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or currently working towards it)Experience producing HR reports or KPI dashboardsExperience creating training materials or video contentInterest in automation, AI tools, and continuous improvement Employee Benefits Free eye test and glasses contribution (up to £50)Annual health checkPAM Assist Employee Wellbeing ProgrammeDiscretionary annual bonus schemeDeath-in-service benefit (up to 3x annual salary)Company pension matched up to 6%On-site parking32 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays plus additional Holiday Purchase Scheme (buy up to 5 extra days)
