Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst to join our team. The Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our organization’s information systems, data, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and risk management, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining security protocols., * Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions

• Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
• Train employees on security protocols and best practices
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely and thorough reports
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems and processes
• Participate in security audits and compliance assessments
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus
