Job description

We’re looking for a strong full stack engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies across the stack. This role will focus on developing high-quality solutions, improving system performance, and collaborating closely with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver impactful features., * Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js

  • Build clean, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
  • Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to support scalable architectures
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and integrate services with Kafka
  • Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) and follow Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business-critical features
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and best practice guidance
  • Continuously improve system architecture, code quality, and development processes
  • Identify and resolve performance issues, support observability, and drive incident resolution
  • Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and contribute to ongoing innovation

Requirements

  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot
  • Frontend: Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript
  • Runtime/Integration: Node.js, Kafka, Docker, REST, GraphQL
  • Databases: Oracle (relational), MongoDB and Redis (NoSQL)
  • Development Practices: TDD and Agile (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other team members

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenShift, Azure, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Background in retail, eCommerce, or product data management
  • Exposure to AI technologies or interest in applying AI within modern systems
