Product Owner/Product Manager

The candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, driving adoption, gathering business requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the CLM platform and associated business processes., Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the CLM product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Align CLM initiatives with organizational goals and digital transformation objectives.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value.
• Drive continuous innovation and process optimization within the contract management lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to understand business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Present product updates, roadmap priorities, and performance metrics to leadership teams.

Product Delivery

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Create and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development and implementation teams to deliver enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner/Product Manager to lead our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and product management experience in CLM platforms with a deep understanding of contract management processes across Legal, Procurement, Sales, Compliance, and Finance functions., * 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or CLM implementations.

• 3+ years of direct experience managing CLM platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide CLM transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes.
