Systems Software Programmer (Oracle Forms) (On-site)

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle WebForm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in programming in Toad or SQL+.
• Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques is required.
• Experience working in a multi-development group is required.
• Demonstrated 3 years of experience working with RTS application components is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS); Department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
