Graduate Systems & Data Administrator

As a Graduate Systems & Data Administrator, you will support the testing, maintenance, and improvement of internal systems, processes, and reporting functions. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, supporting automation projects, and contributing to key business operations., + Assisting with testing letter templates, processes, software updates, and automated workflows

• Supporting regular reporting tasks, including data analysis and internal/external reporting
• Analysing processes and suggesting improvements or automation opportunities
• Monitoring data quality and resolving any inconsistencies or errors
• Supporting the development and maintenance of internal spreadsheets
• Assisting with large-scale projects, including pension-related initiatives such as GMP equalisation
• Performing basic calculations to validate system outputs
• Providing support with system maintenance tasks (e.g. password resets, report generation)
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development activities

We are looking for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and develop their career in systems and data. You will have:

• A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (including functions such as VLOOKUP and IF)
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and strong analytical thinking
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
