Job description

The Global HR Technology Leader serves as the technical and architectural owner of Dayco’s global HR technology ecosystem. This includes HRIS, payroll systems and integrations, automations, workflow development, data management and architecture, and AI-enabled HR capabilities., * Own and manage Rippling technology and serve as main application touchpoint with Rippling team.

  • Own the end-to-end HR technology architecture (HRIS, payroll, integrations, analytics, automation, and AI).
  • Develop core HR processes within the technology solutions in partnership with Business HR.
  • Drive HR technology roadmap and architecture blueprint.
  • Lead identification and governance of AI and automation use cases.
  • Oversee integrations, APIs, data flows, and HR system access.
  • Strengthen people analytics and workforce reporting.
  • Manage upgrades, releases, and lifecycle planning.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy (GDPR, etc.) and other Dayco information security requirements.
  • Translate HR needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Support adoption through governance, standards, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Info Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years HR tech/architecture/integrations/automation/AI experience.
