Job description

  • Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications that support critical workplace and retirement services
  • Modernize legacy systems to improve performance, resilience, security, and compliance
  • Develop and integrate APIs and foundational services that enable faster, safer partnerships and platform evolution
  • Improve platform stability and reliability through thoughtful design, testing, and performance tuning
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and team workflows
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to influence technical direction and outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development; BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop full-stack web applications using modern development practices
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for building scalable backend services
  • Strong capability with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver responsive, accessible user experiences
  • Experience building single-page applications using modern client-side frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript
  • Ability to design, create, and consume RESTful APIs
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including integrating backend services with data stores
  • Experience applying unit testing practices and patterns to improve code quality and reliability
  • Understanding of secure application design, including authentication and authorization concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, * Experience modernizing legacy applications while maintaining stability and performance
  • Familiarity with performance evaluation, tuning, and observability in distributed systems
  • Experience with web accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum-based development environments
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices
