Job description

In this role, you will design and deliver secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise systems. You will work across distributed and cloud-native environments to implement authentication, authorization, and integration capabilities that support modern application architectures and secure access to critical platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions across enterprise applications and systems

  • Build and implement authentication and authorization integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Develop scalable Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot
  • Integrate applications with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, integration, and application issues across distributed systems
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and production support activities
  • Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor team members and support overall technical capability development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with Linux environments and scripting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka or messaging technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical excellence across teams
