Job description

In this role, you will design and deliver secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise systems. You will work across distributed and cloud-native environments to implement authentication, authorization, and integration capabilities that support modern application architectures and secure access to critical platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions across enterprise applications and systems

Build and implement authentication and authorization integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Develop scalable Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot
Integrate applications with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar
Design and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions
Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes environments
Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, integration, and application issues across distributed systems
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and production support activities
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor team members and support overall technical capability development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Strong experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar)
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience with Linux environments and scripting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
Knowledge of Apache Kafka or messaging technologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical excellence across teams
