Job description
- Responsible for supporting the Workforce Management process in the Customer Fusion Center through the collection of exception information, entering of this information into the Kronos & Workforce Management system, and record keeping/file retention of all related documentation
- Additionally, this position supports the Fusion Center management team by providing daily workforce capacity data and information as necessary
- Enters Associate schedule exceptions into the Workforce management system to aide in the proper management and evaluation of Fusion Center call handling resources
- Also enters exception data into Kronos to document time off, missed punches, or other time clock exceptions for Fusion Center associates
- Runs reports from Kronos & Workforce Management system as needed to support the Fusion Center
- Maintains records and files to support Kronos & Workforce management entries
- Provides real time feedback to Fusion Center management with regard to individual associate scheduling information
- Administers all Schedule and Shift Changes within the Customer Fusion Center
- Typically reports to Workforce Planner
- Travel based on the needs of the business (10% of the time or greater)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 3+ Years of high-volume scheduling or related dispatch experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills - speed and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Kronos or similar timekeeping system
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements, * high volume scheduling : 2 years (Preferred)
