Job description
The position requires flexibility for various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will have a rotating schedule. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule is required. Job is scheduled to start in July of 2026., As an Operations Center Operator, you will be responsible for:
- System Monitoring & Control: Overseeing the daily operations of a critical control center, monitoring various systems to ensure optimal performance. This includes identifying and responding to incidents, system anomalies, and planned events promptly.
- Incident Response & Coordination: Activating protocols for incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies as needed, and maintaining clear, concise documentation of all events.
- Data Management & Analysis: Monitoring real-time data feeds, making adjustments based on established guidelines, and identifying trends or issues for further investigation.
- Troubleshooting: Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and address system problems, escalating complex issues, and suggesting potential solutions.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with various departments, including customer support and field teams, to resolve issues and implement operational improvements.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential issues and applying sound judgment to resolve them effectively.
- Operational Standards: Adhering to strict operational procedures, maintaining an organized workspace, and contributing to a high-performance team environment. Flexibility for on-call duties may be required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * One year of experience in a control room, operations center, or a similar role focused on real-time system monitoring.
- Basic proficiency with computer operating systems, internet navigation, and standard office software.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.

A commitment to reliability, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.
- A relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Experience with specialized monitoring or control software in a high-volume operational environment.
- Familiarity with incident management protocols or emergency response procedures.
- Understanding of IT networking or data management basics.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to maintain focus and efficiency while monitoring multiple screens and data sources.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
