BMS Support Engineer

As the BMS Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS) across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings. Working closely with clients, you’ll provide preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and technical support to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably., * Undertaking planned preventative maintenance on BMS and building control systems.

• Diagnosing and resolving system faults and performance issues.
• Carrying out small repairs and remedial works.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
• Responding to service call-outs and breakdowns in accordance with service agreements.
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients.
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
• Participating in an on-call rota for emergency support when required.

• Previous experience within the Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS) industry.
• Familiarity with Trend and IQ Vision systems.
• Experience with Siemens and/or Tridium systems would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of mechanical plant and associated building services.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good IT and PC literacy skills.
