Job description

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Reports, Dashboards und KPI-Auswertungen
  • Analyse von Service- und Performance-Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Sicherstellung und Verbesserung der Datenqualität in Reporting- und Asset-Management-Prozessen
  • UnterstĂźtzung von IT-Governance- und Data-Governance-Aktivitäten
  • Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und Data Ownern zur Klärung von Daten- und Reportingthemen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentatione

Requirements

  • Studium oder vergleichbar im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder IT
  • Erfahrung im Reporting, Performance Management oder Datenanalyse
  • Kenntnisse in Power BI, ServiceNow, LeanIX sowie MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein
