IT Support Technician

The IT support technician will be responsible for handling IT tickets and related tasks including assisting in technology related projects. This position will interact with all levels of the organization to assist in problem solving and installation of new equipment.

Core Responsibilities

• Taking phone calls, answering emails, and handling help desk tickets.
• Provide all PC, Laptop, and Printer hardware and software support.
• Setup of PCs, laptops, printers, and other various peripherals.
• Support mobile users (iPhone / iPad/ Android). Setup and replacement of mobile devices.
• Provide basic networking support for LAN/WAN (wired / wireless networks).
• Creating user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems.
• Resetting of user passwords in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service across the organization and externally.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, and Microsoft O365 applications and setup/management of laptops and workstations.

• Basic networking experience working with LAN/WAN/WLAN environments.
• Windows desktop operating system experience.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 1 -2 years in an IT Support role or similar role
• IT certifications are a plus
