Oracle HCM Functional/Technical Consultant

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (functional and/or technical)

• Strong experience with: o Oracle HCM Security (roles, data security, user provisioning) o Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and access controls o Audit, risk, or compliance processes within HCM systems

• Experience building reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools
• Familiarity with automation, analytics, or AI-driven monitoring solutions
• Strong understanding of SaaS data flows, integrations, and security models
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting internal/external audits in a cloud HCM environment
• Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar tools
• Experience implementing automated controls and continuous monitoring frameworks
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases for anomaly detection or audit automation
