  • Managing incoming repair requests from tenants and clients
  • Scheduling and coordinating operatives diaries
  • Raising and processing work orders
  • Liaising with residents, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Updating systems accurately and maintaining records
  • Ensuring repairs are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally

Requirements

  • Previous experience within repairs, maintenance, housing, or construction administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using scheduling systems or maintenance software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office
