Job description

Coordinate ICT service delivery for a designated area, either as a team lead or individual contributor. Provide advanced support for IT end user services. Acts as a subject matter expert and may serve as a local team lead or escalation point for technical issues.

  • Ensure service delivery aligns with compliance, standards, and policies.
  • Focus on specific IT service areas.
  • Deliver specialized support in areas such as hardware provisioning, conferencing tools, software deployment, or mobile device management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and requests.
  • Support IT service continuity and contribute to problem management activities.
  • Coordinate with IT peers on service improvements and project rollouts.
  • Ensure IT activities and user support comply with policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide user training on IT tools and services when needed.
  • Maintain documentation for local IT services and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At minimum internship experience within an IT operations environment
  • Ability to perform in Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms)
  • Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple requests in a complex organisation
  • Clear communicator, comfortable handling reporting and follow-ups across teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
