AI Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design and build AI-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and intelligent workflows across enterprise systems.

This role focuses on applied AI and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will work on complex, real-world problems-ranging from process automation to workflow optimization-and determine when to leverage AI, automation, or traditional engineering approaches to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

While experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is valuable, this role is not limited to security use cases and spans broader enterprise applications., Applied AI & Automation

• Design and build AI-enabled solutions, including agent-based workflows, decision services, and intelligent automations
• Translate complex or ambiguous business and operational problems into production-ready AI-driven solutions
• Apply sound judgment to determine when to use AI, automation, or deterministic logic

Systems Integration & Workflow Engineering

• Develop integrations and automations using APIs, services, and event-driven architectures
• Build reusable components and workflows to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives
• Design solutions that streamline manual processes (e.g., forms, routing, approvals, notifications)

Solution Delivery & Collaboration

• Partner with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Write maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code
• Contribute to shared patterns, frameworks, and best practices for applied AI and automation, * Delivers scalable, production-grade AI solutions that solve real business problems
• Builds intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• Translates ambiguous challenges into clear, implementable solutions
• Develops reusable components and patterns for broader enterprise use

• Earns trust through strong technical execution and collaboration across teams

• Creates reusable patterns and solutions that scale across security domains.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience building and deploying real-world AI/LLM-based solutions (not just prototypes)
• Experience designing agent-based systems, orchestration workflows, or retrieval-based solutions (RAG, APIs, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Strong experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled automation for business processes or operational workflows
• Background in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, finance, manufacturing)
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms and internal systems
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Exposure to security concepts or working within security-conscious environments (nice to have, not required)
