IT Manager

Italika Limited is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the company’s IT systems, infrastructure and telecommunications across its business operations. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of day-to-day operations by ensuring reliable system performance, effective technical support, secure data handling and the development of technology solutions in line with business needs., * Plan, coordinate and manage the company’s IT systems and infrastructure services. * Liaise with senior management, site managers, staff and external service providers to identify IT requirements and development needs. . * Oversee user support for EPOS systems, payment systems, back-office software, email and communications platforms. * Manage network operations, system availability, service delivery and data security controls. . * Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and support schedules to minimise business disruption. * Supervise technical support activities and arrange training for staff on IT systems and procedures. . * Support the implementation and development of new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. * Monitor IT performance and report on service levels, system issues, risks and improvements to senior management.

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; however, applicants with other academic qualifications and significant relevant experience will also be considered. .* Relevant vocational, professional or postgraduate IT qualifications are advantageous. .* Proven experience in an IT management or similar role. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networking and data security. * Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. .* Ability to manage multiple sites and maintain reliable service standards. .* Experience of working with internal teams and external IT provider., * IT management: 1 year (required)
