This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and working hands-on in a real manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Cybersecurity?, In this role, you’ll support our IT Manager and Systems Administrator by helping with day-to-day IT requests, troubleshooting, documenting changes, equipment setup, user access issues, and task overflow. Your work will help keep our team moving while giving our senior IT staff more time to focus on infrastructure and strategic projects. Experience operating within a network compliant to NIST 800-171 or a similar cybersecurity framework is a must.
We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience who is comfortable working across a broad range of systems, including:
- Triaging and responding to IT requests in a collaborative environment
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- RBAC troubleshooting and user access support
- Desktop hardware, software, and application support
- Networking hardware and software troubleshooting
- Windows environments, both cloud and on-prem, including the event viewer log analysis and registry troubleshooting
- Basic Linux and VBA familiarity
- PowerShell or scripting for queries and automation
- Backup and disaster recovery support
- Working knowledge of Virtual machine environments
- ERP/QMS application support and post-update testing
- Windows Scheduled tasks and Linux cron jobs
- Detailing and documenting IT asset support and changes
This role may also include hands-on infrastructure work such as running and terminating Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, labeling equipment, moving hardware, ordering equipment, and assisting with budget tracking.
The ideal candidate does not need to be the administrator or architect of every system listed above, but should have a solid working knowledge of how these areas connect and be able to troubleshoot confidently. Compensation will depend on experience and level of autonomy, from someone who can identify and recommend solutions to someone who can confidently apply changes with minimal guidance.

- Life insurance, This is a primarily on-site position at our Ogden facility, with occasional off-site or remote work as the role requires; on-call or after-hours support may be required.
Salary range: $55,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience.
A degree is not required. Certifications are helpful, and we offer education reimbursement for job-related training.
