IT Support Technician and Educator for Senior Citizens

• Provide in-home and remote support to seniors to help with their smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and other devices
• Diagnose and resolve common technology issues quickly and effectively
• Train clients on device usage, apps, and online safety in clear, simple language
• Document visits and client progress
• Represent Porchswing Technology with professionalism and care

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Working with seniors?, We are seeking reliable and knowledgeable Technology Support Specialists to join our team. This role involves working one-on-one with seniors in their homes to troubleshoot technology issues, provide device setup, and deliver easy-to-follow training. The ideal candidate is patient, friendly, and technologically savvy. This position is part-time. Hours are dependent on call traffic. We are a small company so opportunities for advancement are readily available. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technology simply
• Prior experience in IT support, tutoring, or customer service is a plus
• Reliable transportation to client appointments (Sun City Communities)(Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville)
• Must be patient, respectful, and comfortable working with seniors, * Basic Technology: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
