Technical Program Manager / Project Manager

• Own and drive program plans, roadmaps, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage workflows using Jira and related tools.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery and Jira administration and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs to on-time, on-budget delivery., * Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira, for program and portfolio tracking.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with clear metrics and governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience level: 5+ years in program or project management within technology environments.
