Job description

You will act as an escalation point within the service desk, resolving complex issues across servers, networks, cloud platforms and security systems. Alongside support, you will lead the design and delivery of IT projects, helping clients improve performance, security and resilience of their IT environments., * Provide expert 3rd Line IT support across multiple client environments

Lead and deliver technical projects end to end
Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Manage and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VLANs, switches and WiFi
Deploy and support Azure and AWS environments
Implement backup, disaster recovery and security best practices
Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Strong experience in a 3rd Line or senior IT Support role (MSP experience preferred)

Windows Server (2012-2022) and Active Directory / Entra ID
Microsoft 365 & Exchange administration
Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and firewalls
Virtualisation using VMware or Hyper-V
Experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud projects
Solid understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards

Do you have hands-on experience administering Windows Server (2012-2022) and Active Directory / Entra ID?
Do you have strong practical experience with networking and security technologies such as firewalls, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting?
Have you taken ownership, designed, delivered, or led IT infrastructure or cloud projects?
Are you able to work full-time on-site in Portishead, Bristol, and legally eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship?
