This role involves significant training and development in specialist automotive systems, with a structured pathway into ECU calibration and file development. Full training is provided within a close-knit technical team, and the position is best suited to individuals seeking to build deep specialist expertise and long-term progression, rather than a short-term role, graduate placement, or stepping stone into unrelated careers such as general software development.
