Job description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Security team, focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities that support critical risk management processes and enterprise service delivery., You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and strengthen risk governance across the organization. What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on TPRM/VRM capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Build and integrate solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and GRC modules
Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, UI components, and integrations
Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to modern development standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in software engineering or ServiceNow development
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using:
JavaScript, Glide API
HTML, CSS
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); willingness to obtain CAD within 3 months
Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
Familiarity with:
ITSM, CMDB, GRC frameworks
ITIL best practices
Experience integrating legacy systems and external applications
Knowledge of:
ServiceNow (San Diego release or later)
CI/CD and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
Exposure to additional technologies such as:
Java, Angular, React, .NET, C#
Understanding of software delivery methodologies: Agile, DevOps, Waterfall
