Manager, Data Analytics

The Strategy & Operations team supports Global Services & Delivery (GS&D) in continuously improving how we deliver value to our clients. We partner across the business to enhance service models, drive operational initiatives, and ensure programs are implemented effectively and consistently.

As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will play a handson role supporting and executing strategic and operational initiatives that improve service delivery outcomes. This role focuses on complex analysis, project execution, and crossfunctional coordination, working closely with senior team members and business partners to turn ideas into action.

What you’ll do:

• Support strategic CSM Service Model project to transform GS&D Service Model for the future
• Own defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through execution
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate pilot performance, identify trends, and surface insights
• Conduct territory analytics to size the impact on workforce and business transitions
• Build presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
• Partner with service delivery teams to gather requirements, understand workflows, and capture associate feedback
• Document currentstate processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
• Support pilot execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes against defined success metrics
• Coordinate with CSO Leaders, TP&A, CSO Ops, Service Analytics, CSO L&D and other partners to support program rollout activities
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
• Contribute to adhoc GS&D initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as business needs evolve

• Bachelor’s Degree required / Master’s Degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in related roles
• Client-facing experience (Service/Sales) is strongly preferred. Gartner, internal or comparable external experience.
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyse large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize workloads
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; experience creating and delivering effective presentations to multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive level.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of the Gartner Service Delivery model or experience in delivering directly to a client is a strong plus.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
