Job description

The Artificial Intelligence Specialist accomplishes the collection, analysis, preservation and coordination of electronic data, including potential criminal evidence, from both local and multi-jurisdictional investigations in crimes related to Artificial Intelligence. Those offenses may include cyber harassment, identity theft, extortion, hate crimes, and other related cybercrime. The member performs administrative, technical, and documentation duties and tasks specific to the position. In matters and cases of state and national significance, the Artificial Intelligence Specialist will accomplish regular and direct communication with entities including the National White Collar Crime Center and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The most important and essential job function of the position is attitude which includes the following: interacting positively and cooperating with co-workers, responding politely to customers, working as a team member, functioning under intense time pressure, and responding in a positive manner to supervision. The Artificial Intelligence Specialist may perform other related duties and tasks, as required, and shall have the physical, mental, and emotional abilities to perform the essential job duties of the position. Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Four year college degree in Computer Sciences or similar field; post-baccalaureate study preferred

  • A comparable amount of training or experience may be substituted
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Completion of specialty schools or training programs as requested by the Special Investigation Bureau Commander, * Works various hours, sometimes for extended periods of time
  • Works with confidential information
  • Travel for training
  • Works under stressful conditions
