Thomas Dohmke and Matan Grinberg took the World Congress North America stage with a big claim: the future of engineering isn’t writing syntax, it’s managing fleets of autonomous AI agents.

In Building the Agentic Software Factory they look at how teams can move from legacy workflows to self-improving software factories, and where the human sits in that loop.
