About Sebastian Grodzietzki: I'm in the professional IT space for roughly 20 years, and started my journey as a Software Engineer at METRO Group after finishing my Diploma in Business Informatics. I'm a serial founder and additionally took several leadership positions across SMBs and corporates incl. leading Product Management, Presales, Business Development and Marketing. I spent 4 years at SAP where I was responsible for global Go-to-Market of the SAP Knowledge Transfer & Education solution portfolio including heading up the SAP Innovation Adoption group, the ownership of roadmaps, pricing, sales enablement, etc.. In my last position, as the CCO of an eduTech startup, my responsibilities comprised the ownership of the product vision and roadmap incl. Product Management and Go-to-Market. I'm very well connected to the innovation hubs in Berlin and across DACH. Last year I was running Berlin's largest IoT-startup conference. At IBM I'm currently leading the Developer Advocacy Organization for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To relax and have fun, I do ballroom dancing – especially West Coast Swing, I play the guitar, piano, and squash. And I'm a passionate hobby cook.

This history builds the foundation for her current position as a Program Manager of the Developer Advocacy Team in Berlin, where she works with a global team of developer advocates in order to leverage developer communities for growing innovation and driving change throughout technology. With her deep knowledge in that area and about IBMs Partnership Programs, she brings people together to accelerate the growth of startups and innovation. She started her career at IBM sales organization 14 years ago, covering small and medium-size businesses over the complete IBM portfolio. Later on, when taking over responsibility for Business Partner Coverage and SAP System vendors she found her love for engaging with ecosystems – and stayed with it. Bringing her to what she does now with all her passion. With her heart for seeing businesses grow and as a mum of 3 Kids she really knows how to handle complex situations and how to motivate a whole ecosystem to bring its power to the road. Besides that, she loves sports of all sorts – depending on the season.

About Janina Lutz: I built my first website design when I was 13 – just for fun and because I could! I was fascinated by the process of writing code that is translated into an interactive interface. The decision was made: My professional career would revolve around everything digital, from E-Commerce to Social Media to UX. Thanks to my studies, I also developed a great interest in digital business models. In my current role, I'm helping Startups to leverage IBM Cloud for their projects and managing partnerships with Innovation Hubs in Germany. I'm spending most of my free time far away from the computer – at the gym. I'm a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and especially Olympic weightlifting is my passion.
